For the first time in what seems like forever, I actually made it through last week without missing any planned workouts...wohoo! But even with missed workouts, the numbers are still somewhat consistent. My "low" swimming and running weeks are still what I would have considered "big" weeks just a few years ago. And I've been having some pretty decent swim sets as well as some pretty intense long bike rides...things are starting to feel good. Next up is Rumpshaker 5k this weekend and then a short course duathlon the next weekend here in Birmingham. A new 5k PB sure would be nice to lead into the multisport season!
